Return & Refund Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied. If there is a quality issue with your order, please review the policy below.

Built for the long haul. We provide a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on all products to ensure total functional and aesthetic integrity.

Return Eligibility

• Return requests are accepted within 60 days of delivery.

• Returns are quality-issue only: damaged in transit, defective, or wrong item received.

• Bulbs/free gifts (if included) are not eligible.

We do not accept returns if:

• More than 60 days have passed

• The item was installed/used/modified

• The item is missing parts or not in original packaging/condition

• The request is not quality-related (e.g., change of mind, ordered by mistake)

How to Request a Return

Step 1 — Email us first (required):
 Email sales@luxurycrystallighting.com with:

• Order number + item/SKU

• Reason for return

• Photos/videos (required for damage/defect/wrong item)

If approved, we will email you the return address and instructions.

Step 2 — Pack & Ship:
 Pack the item securely in original packaging with all parts. Use a trackable/insured shipping method. After shipping, email us the tracking number and a photo of the shipping receipt.

Shipping Costs

• Our responsibility (confirmed damage/defect/wrong item): we cover/approve return shipping when a return is required.

• Customer reasons: returns/refunds are not supported under this policy.

Refunds

• After we confirm approval (and receive/inspect the return if required), refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

• Posting time depends on your payment provider/bank (cards may take longer).
