LuxuryCrystalLighting stands behind the quality of our lighting products. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and how to request service.

1. Warranty Period

LuxuryCrystalLighting provides a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for eligible lighting fixtures.

2. What This Warranty Covers

If a product has a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

• Provide replacement parts, or

• Repair the item, or

• Provide a replacement product (same or comparable model), or

• Offer a partial/full refund when repair/replacement is not feasible

Covered issues may include:

• Defective electrical components (e.g., driver/transformer where applicable)

• Faulty sockets, wiring, or internal connections caused by manufacturing defects

• Structural defects in the fixture body resulting from workmanship issues

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, or finish patina over time

• Damage from improper installation, misuse, abuse, modification, or negligence

• Damage caused by using the wrong voltage, incompatible dimmers, or non-compliant electrical systems

• Damage caused by accidents, surges, fire, water, extreme weather, or other force majeure events

• Products installed in a way that does not follow the installation instructions or local electrical codes

• Labor costs for installation/removal, electrician fees, or onsite service costs

• Consumable items such as light bulbs, fuses, or batteries (if included)

• Any item purchased as final sale/clearance (if clearly marked)

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Order number

• Product name/SKU

• Description of the issue

• Photos/videos showing the problem

• Installation details (voltage, dimmer model if applicable)

Our team will confirm eligibility and provide next steps.

5. Replacement Parts & Shipping

• If the claim is approved, we will ship replacement parts (or a replacement item if needed).

• We may request additional photos/videos for verification, and in some cases ask that the defective part be returned.

• Any shipping responsibilities (if applicable) will be confirmed during claim approval based on the case and destination.
