Warranty
LuxuryCrystalLighting provides a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for eligible lighting fixtures.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects during the warranty period. If a product is found to have a covered defect, we may, at our discretion:
• Provide replacement parts
• Repair the item
• Replace the product with the same or a comparable model
• Offer a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not feasible
Covered issues may include defective electrical components, faulty wiring or internal connections caused by manufacturing defects, and structural defects resulting from workmanship issues.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, or finish changes over time
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or negligence
• Damage caused by incorrect voltage, incompatible dimmers, or non-compliant electrical systems
• Damage caused by accidents, surges, fire, water, extreme weather, or force majeure
• Labor costs, electrician fees, installation/removal costs, or onsite service
• Consumable items such as bulbs, fuses, or batteries
• Final sale or clearance items if clearly marked
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, please email sales@luxurycrystallighting.com and include:
• Order number
• Product name or SKU
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem
• Installation details, including voltage and dimmer model if applicable
We may request additional information to review the claim and provide next steps.
