At LuxuryCrystalLighting, we are committed to providing a clear and transparent shipping experience. Please review the information below before placing an order.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
No separate standard shipping charge will be added at checkout. Please note that this policy applies to standard shipping only and does not include any special delivery services unless otherwise stated.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Total delivery time = Order processing and production time + transit time
Because many of our lighting products involve made-to-order production, careful packaging, and quality inspection, our standard fulfillment timeline is as follows:
• Handling and production: 20–30 business days
• Transit and delivery: 20–30 business days
• Total estimated delivery time: 40–60 business days
Orders placed after our daily cutoff time of 17:00 (5:00 PM) will begin processing on the next business day.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, weather conditions, carrier capacity, public holidays, address verification issues, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 72 hours to become active after dispatch.
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately depending on packaging, product type, or warehouse arrangement.
Shipping Damage or Delivery Issues
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and outer packaging.
For delivery-related issues, including items damaged in transit or missing items, please contact us promptly. For resolution details, please also refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled, as they may already have entered production, preparation, or fulfillment.
